Alex Carrasco - Assistant District Sales Manager
I was Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and came to live in the U.S. at the age of twenty-one. I’ve been blessed to be marry to my wife, Cecilia, for over 22 happy years. Cecilia and I have daughter, Sophia, who graduated from Chaminade-Madonna in 2017 and she is now attending USF. I have been a Hollywood Hills resident for the past 18 years. I work, live and play in the beautiful city of Hollywood.
Currently, I’m Broker-Associate and the Assistant District Manager at The Keyes Company in Hollywood, Florida. I got my real estate license in 2002 after spending 13 years as a hotel manager for large luxury chain hotels such as Intercontinental Miami, Sheraton Brickell and Radisson Deauville. From the beginning, sales, personal relations and business components of the real estate industry have captured my interest.
During my real estate career, I have earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations in addition to being Distress Property Specialist, Luxury Home Market Specialist, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
With an eye on community and education, I took part in the Leadership program from the city of Hollywood, the Leadership program of the Keyes Company and the Leadership program for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. I’m a proud and active member of The Nativity Men’s Club of Hollywood Hills and a Board Member of the Hollywood Hills Civic Association.
